Olive Touch is an educational, gastronomic and wellness program that celebrates olive oil. Through visits to olive groves, local olive growers educate guests about olive cultivation and harvesting, the benefits of olive oil, and offer a unique experience of participating in the traditional olive harvest on the “Golden Island” through olive oil tastings.

Maritime Heritage Interpretation Center DUBoak
The DUBoak Interpretation Center is a place where local maritime heritage comes to life through a modern, interactive exhibit. As you savor the flavors of our region, discover more about the rich maritime history and the connection between the oak forests of Dubašnica and the sea, a bond that has shaped the lives of the people here for centuries.
Excursion Program:
- 10:00 Departure from Malinska, tourist train ride to the olive groves
- 10:30 Arrival at the olive grove (UTLA, Porat) – traditional olive picking
- 12:00 Bogovski Toš – visit to the largest traditional olive mill in Dubašnica
- 12:45 Arrival at the Maritime Heritage Interpretation Center DUBoak, tasting of local specialties and olive oil accompanied by a story about maritime heritage and the connection between the Dubašnica forests and the sea + Olive Touch gift
- 14:00 Return to your hotel by tourist train
The excursions are organized every Saturday in October, accompanied by a licensed tour guide.
The price of the excursion is €35.00 per person.
